Wairarapa Cinémathèque celebrates film as part of our artistic and cultural heritage. We value the communal experience of cinema, bringing people together through curated screenings, discussion, and the shared experience of significant films.

Our 2026 programme features 11 films, selected by the community and shaped through thoughtful curation to create a rich and inspiring season. From restored classics and silent cinema to epic dramas and contemporary documentaries, these films continue to resonate with audiences today.

Screenings take place at Regent 3 Cinemas, Masterton on the first Sunday of each month at 7:30pm.
